This is necessary in order to provide everyone with decent opportunities for self-realization in society, at work, and in family life. One of the guiding principles of the education management in Estonia is the inclusive approach. Inclusive education primarily means the right of everyone to receive a high-quality education. It happened to me as well when I volunteered to join a project aimed to adapt and help people with mental-health-related special needs to enter the free labor market.

The very first experience with this target group of learners proved to me that my usual teaching models and training methods would not bring results and that my existing competence was not sufficient. During that course, my opinion concerning the possibility of applying this approach changed from doubt to conviction that it is a universal solution.
